painting of my mother and father

My friend's cat Ludwig died last year, and I painted this in his memory as a gift for my friend.  It looks oddly like my cat.

I painted this last spring and my friend's sister used part of this design for her tattoo, kind of cool knowing something I drew is permanently inked on someone.
